Connie Lacy writes science fiction, magical realism and historical fiction, all with a dollop of romance. Her latest book, “VisionSight,” is about a young woman who can see the future when she looks into the eyes of loved ones. Her debut novel, “The Shade Ring,” is set a hundred years in the future when oceans have risen fifteen feet. Her second book, “The Time Telephone,” is a Young Adult novel about a 17 year old girl trying to save her mother from a bomb blast in Afghanistan by calling her in the past. In her writing she often draws on her years as a radio reporter and news anchor covering a variety of stories. She and her husband live in Atlanta.
